Shipping & returns
Noize Vizion delivers worldwide. The handling process generally takes 1-3 business days.
Once your order has been processed and packed, you can track your order with a personal track & trace. You will receive it automatically in your mailbox. This can sometimes end up in your spam.
Please note that we do our very best to process and ship every order on time, but we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Please be aware of any local customs clearance. Buyers are responsible for paying any import taxes.
Several factors influence the progress of a shipment and the chosen courier will ultimately be responsible for this process. Please contact the chosen courier directly with any questions you might have once your order has been shipped. The contact information is available in the tracking notification email.
After receiving your order you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 30 days without giving reasons to terminate the agreement and return the product (right of withdrawal). Within this period you can return a product to us, the shipping costs of the return are for your own account. Exchanges are unfortunately not possible.

Online return outside Europe
When returning one or more products, please fill in the return form, include it to your package and send it to our address. You can find our return form and address at the end of this page. We recommend that you always send the package with a track and trace code as proof that the package has been sent to us. Please indicate that your package is a return shipment. Otherwise, any additional customs costs will be for your own account.
Important points about returns:
The relevant products must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- The products must be unused and unwashed
- CDs & vinyls of which the seal has been broken cannot be returned
- You must return the product in its original and undamaged
- Shipping costs and the risk of returning the product are at your own expense
- Make sure the packaging is good, next to the original packaging so it cannot be damaged during shipping
- Add the completed return form to the package (Only required outside Europe)
- Register your return by sending an email to [email protected] (Only required outside Europe)
- Keep your Track & Trace code as proof that you have sent the item to us
When we receive a product back that is not in its original state because the product has been clearly used/worn, the refund will expire and we will send the products back. We will ask you to pay the shipping costs.
By used/worn we mean the following:
- Odours on the item
- Stains on the item
- Hair on the item
- The item has been washed
- Damages to the item
We will refund you immediately after your return shipment has been approved and processed. Noize Vizion will refund the amount of the returned items (excluding shipping costs - provided you return your entire order) within 14 business days to the same bank account used to make the purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund the purchase amount to another bank account.
How much time it takes for the money to reach your bank account depends on your payment method:
iDEAL: within 3 business days
Credit card: within 10 business days
Paypal: within 6-10 business days
Received damaged or wrong article
Did you receive a damaged/defective product or a wrong article?

Please mention the following:
- Your name
- The order number
- The article (+photos)
- The reason why the product is not good and you want to return it.
Our customer service will handle the problem and try to solve it as soon as possible.
If you are returning a defective/incorrect package outside Europe, please check with customer service the exact shipping method and/or the amount of the costs. Not all extra options are necessary. If you do not do this, you will have to pay the extra costs yourself and only the amount of a standard shipment will be refunded.
