Noize Vizion delivers worldwide. Please note that we will do everything in our power to honor your order in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date.
Did you received a defective or incorrect product from Noize Vizion?
Please contact us by sending an e-mail to [email protected] Be sure to mention the article, invoice number and the reason why you would like to send back the product(s).
If you are returning a broken/incorrect parcel, please check with the customer service team what the correct shipping method is and/or how much it may cost. Not all extra options are needed. If you do not do this, you will be responsible for the extra costs and only the costs of a standard shipment will be refunded.
Cooling Off Period
Upon receipt of your order, you have the right to a cooling off period of 30 days without giving any reason to terminate the agreement and to return or exchange the product. So within this period you can return a product to us, the postage costs of the return are for your expense. You must also mention in which condition the product will be returned. Depending on the condition of the product (part of) the purchase amount will be refunded.
The cooling off period does not apply in the following cases:
- software, vinyl, CDs or DVDs of which you have broken the seal
- items that may not be exchanged for hygienic reasons, such as but not limited to underwear.
- customized purchases, or specially ordered products
- clothing that is worn, of course you can try it on
- items that are damaged or incomplete
When we receive a product back that is not in its original state because the product has been clearly used/worn, the refund will expire and we will send the products back. We will ask you to pay the shipping costs.
By used/worn we mean the following:
- Odours on the item
- Stains on the item
- Hair on the item
- The item has been washed
- Damages to the item
If you return an item and it is received, approved and processed by us, Noize Vizion will refund the amount of the returned items (excluding shipping costs - provided you return your entire order) within 14 working days to the same bank account used to make the purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund the purchase amount to another bank account.
Return package shipping
Bring your package to a postal location and then send it to the address below, we recommend that you always send the package with a track and trace code as proof that the package has been sent to us. Are you returning a package to us located outside the EU? Please indicate that your package is a return shipment. Otherwise, any additional customs costs will be for your own account.

- You must return the product in the original and undamaged packaging
- shipping costs and the risk of returning are on your expense
- ensure a thorough package besides the original packaging. Do not attach stickers or other notes to the original packaging. If this is done the product can not be exchanged because of unsaleability
- the invoice or a copy of it should be send along with the return
- You must add the e-mail confirmation.
- unstamped packages or cash on delivery sent packages will not be accepted by us and will automatically return to you
