Competition Terms & Conditions

Conditions

1. Participation in the promotion implies acceptance of the terms & conditions. No exceptions are made to this.
2. For questions and/or comments, please contact Noize Vizion.
3. It is possible that per promotion there are additional terms & conditions. These may be found at the bottom of the page. By participating in the promotion, the participant also accepts these conditions.

Participation and Participants

1. Participation is voluntary.
2. Any costs for participation will be stated in the announcement of the promotion.
3. Participation is open to everyone, with the exception of personnel, suppliers and any sponsors with which Noize Vizion cooperates with regard to the relevant promotion.
4. Noize Vizion has the right to exclude a participant from a promotion if it appears that the participant has provided incorrect, incomplete or misleading information or commits or tries to commit fraud in any other way.
5. Noize Vizion can under no circumstances be held responsible for the submission by the participant of an incorrect telephone number, e-mail or home address, which leads to a wrong or unknown address of the participant, or for a malfunction in the network, hardware or software that results in a limited or delayed provision of data by the participant, or loss of such data.

The prize

1. Prizes are always as long as stocks last.
2. Prizes may not be transferred to someone else.
3. It is not permitted to use the products in any way for commercial purposes and/or purposes other than those for which they were issued.
4. When a prize product is returned for whatever reason, a voucher equal to the relevant return amount will be issued instead of a return amount.
5. If the prize contains a signed item, Noize Vizion is not liable for any fading of the signature and to what extent the signature is / becomes less visible.
6. Sending a won prize may take longer than the regular sending time, which means that the prize winner may receive the prize at a later date.

Handing out the price  

1. The winner will be selected at random.
2. The prizes cannot be exchanged for money or any other prize.
3. When there are multiple prizes to be won, a participant has only one chance to win. A participant can never win more than once in the same competition.
4. The winner(s) will be personally contacted by Noize Vizion within one month at the latest.
5. By participating in the Promotion, each winner agrees to participate in promotional activities related to the Promotion, including the presentation of the prize. Any photos may be used by Noize Vizion for publicity purposes.

Data

1. Participating in the competition gives Noize Vizion permission to collect and share all data with third parties when this is necessary for the awarding of the prize.

Change of conditions

1. Noize Vizion reserves the right to change or end the promotion unilaterally. This will be communicated on the terms & conditions page.
2. Noize Vizion does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the website (s), despite the fact that we try to keep them working properly at all times.

Liability

1. Noize Vizion is in no way liable for any damage, of whatever nature, arising from (participation in) an action.

Win one year free merch

• The winner receives a €50 voucher every month for one year, including shipping costs. The code is for one month, after this, the code expires. 
• The amount of €50 needs to be spend all at once.
